Lead Visual Creative Strategist

As a senior member of our team, you will drive the visual and aesthetic direction across brands. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling concepts, leading creative teams, ensuring world-class execution, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative & Visual Leadership: You will be responsible for overseeing the visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns – from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential. Ensuring all creative outputs maintain a high standard of craft and consistency is crucial.
  • Conceptual Development: You will partner with writers and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms that are rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Client Collaboration: Presenting and articulating creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale, is essential. Building trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a collaborative mindset is vital.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Leading and inspiring a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers is crucial. Fostering a culture of creative excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning is also important.
  • Executional Excellence: Supervising all stages of production including shoots, animation, editing, and post-production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery is key.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Working closely with copy, strategy, tech, production, and account management teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media is essential.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • A strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
