Main Responsibilities:

  • New AI technology research and development.
  • Publishing periodic AI research papers for technical audiences.
  • Experimenting with new AI technologies and techniques.
  • Democratizing new AI technologies to large data science communities.

Key Skills:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects.
  • Program management skills including team and delivery management, stakeholder and financial management.
  • Technical expertise in AI/ML technologies including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
  • Cloud platform expertise including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  • A proven track record in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Proficiency in cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).
