Program Manager

Infinity Learn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple, high-impact programs across various business units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic oversight, meticulous planning, and effective execution to ensure that all program goals are met within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning and Strategy: Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Program Execution and Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of programs, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan. Monitor program progress, track key milestones, and manage any changes to the scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, both internally and externally. Facilitate regular status updates, meetings, and reports to keep stakeholders informed of program progress, risks, and issues.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers and team members involved in the program. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvements.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met. Monitor program expenditures and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with budgetary constraints.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success. Conduct regular program reviews and post-implementation assessments to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
