Project Director Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Director to join our organization and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
  • Lead multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to drive alignment and ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to optimize project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development, configuration, and integration
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator (ADM 201) & Certified Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, agile practices, and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
