Key Role: Business Operations and Design Manager

At a leading organization, we are seeking an accomplished Business Operations and Design Manager to take charge of the sales and design processes for our franchise partners. This high-profile position will involve managing the sales funnel processes, overseeing the delivery of projects, coordinating work output from partner teams, hiring and training designers, cultivating strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading project coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance across multiple locations
  • Oversee the management of 12-15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate activities between different teams and departments to achieve business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled designers to meet targets
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather market feedback and drive business growth through innovation
  • Lead and manage project coordination with vendors and partners, ensuring seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, complemented by postgraduate studies in Project Management/Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction, demonstrating expertise in interior fit-outs
  • Proven technical knowledge in individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior construction
  • Able to adapt and adopt digital and technology initiatives to enhance operations
  • Exceptional ability to manage pressure while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse teams
