Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solutions Architect. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify and develop opportunities for solutions in datacentre, storage and hyper-converge.

  • Presentation of solutions to customers in datacentre, storage and hyper-converge areas
  • Understanding customer requirements and successfully setting or modifying customer expectations
  • Developing solution blueprints, documenting and collaborating with OEM presale personnel where required
  • Preparing Bills of Material (BoM) for engaged opportunities
  • Evaluating multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints
  • Assisting salespersons with suitable solution approaches
  • Managing and handling solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team in a timely manner and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Discussing success criteria for Proof of Concepts (POCs) with customers and sales teams, conducting successful POCs, and presenting high-quality demonstrations of solutions as needed
  • Acting as a thought leader and knowledge expert in datacentre, storage and hyper-converge areas within the team, conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions with sales and technical teams to keep them updated on the latest trends
  • Creating success stories of use cases handled during work to showcase the capabilities of the team to all customers
