Debt Recovery Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the call center collections Department and guiding the department in collecting debt efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Design strategies to minimize losses to the bank by effectively recovering debt owed to the bank through call centers based on customer track records.
- Create campaigns aligned to the overall collection strategy to ensure maximum recovery for allocated call centers.
- Handle customer escalations and provide different payment modes to customers to reduce bounce rates.
- Maintain and monitor dashboards to ensure high levels of productivity and recommend changes to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Employ automation tools and drive digital initiatives to increase process efficiency and conduct detailed analysis of delinquencies.
- A graduate/postgraduate degree with 2 years of experience in collections.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
