Operational Support Specialist

Effective day-to-day business operations heavily rely on the Operational Support Specialist, a crucial role that involves managing communication with stakeholders and vendors. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation and billing records while supporting labour management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and clients via professional emails.
  • Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Prepare bills and maintain financial records for timely reconciliation and accurate tallying.
  • Develop and update process documentation to improve existing templates.
  • Follow up with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Coordinate skilled and unskilled labourers, ensuring clear communication of tasks.
  • Support administrative functions such as scheduling, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within a team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Proactively monitor ongoing issues, follow up, and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) applications.
  • Ability to prepare bills, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Capacity to create, maintain, and upgrade process documentation and templates.
Experience

Prior experience in operational, administrative, or coordination roles is beneficial.

Soft Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with quick thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively with both vendors and labour teams.

Other Requirements:

  • Comfortable working on Windows-based systems.
  • Must be located in Chembur, Mumbai area.
