The Role of a Credit Analyst

  • Act as the primary credit analyst for large and middle-market borrowers across various geographies.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing corporate credit risk fundamentals, identifying potential risks for obligors, and providing actionable insights to support informed lending decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Credit Analysis: Strong understanding of credit analysis principles, including cash flow analysis, financial statement review, and industry research.

• Report Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports that effectively communicate complex credit analysis findings.

• Risk Management: Proven experience in risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of credit risk exposures.

• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, and ability to extract insights from large datasets.

• Credit Rating: Understanding of credit rating models and methodologies, with experience in evaluating creditworthiness of corporates and SMEs.
