Job Overview

A talented Financial Crimes Specialist is required to lead complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

  • Perform risk assessments, model inputs, and provide recommendations for financial crimes strategies and models.
  • Evaluate policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls for adequacy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct data reviews, determine risk levels, and recommend fraud prevention strategies.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACAMS (Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS) or CAMS-FCI (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist - Financial Crime Investigator) are highly desirable.
