Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned data expert to spearhead our Financial Crimes Analytics efforts. This Senior Team Lead will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing project timelines, and overseeing the design and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize team initiatives and align goals with broader program objectives
  • Manage team progress against project timelines and goals
  • Coordinate analytics supporting global financial crimes offices
  • Oversee TM and CRR tuning methodologies, including scenario analysis and threshold optimization
  • Lead end-user teams using Databricks capabilities
  • Supervise exploratory data analysis and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Develop sustainable data pipelines and robust ETL processes
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards and data security policies
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in Python, Scala, and SQL
  • Familiarity with rules-based and machine learning models
  • Proficiency in Databricks and Apache Spark
  • Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and financial crimes data sources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education & Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in financial crimes data analytics within the financial services industry
