Business Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies that align with our overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Bid on and close high-value deals, ensuring that our interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales pitches and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and report to senior management.
  • Identify and explore new markets for our products and services.
  • Establish partnerships and alliances with other businesses to support market entry and expansion efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior business development team members, mentoring them to develop their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
