Layout Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LAYOUT SPECIALIST with expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and Revit to work on layout development, clash coordination, and drawing documentation for Baggage Handling.
Main Responsibilities:- Review and optimize system layouts during sales and engineering phases mainly using Revit.
- Create basic Revit models using functional design inputs.
- Integrate safety, ergonomics, and accessibility into layouts.
- Coordinate interfaces with buildings, operators, equipment, and procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (3D modeling and 2D drafting).
- Familiar with clash detection and resolving simple issues.
- Conveyor/mechanical system design expertise.
- Layout planning and specification writing.
- Understanding of engineering processes.
- 3–5 years' experience in Revit modeling and layout development.
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player across multidisciplinary teams.
