Job Title:

PCB Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing high-quality PCB layouts for automotive electronic products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to create schematics.
  • Design and develop high-quality PCB layouts for automotive electronic products.
  • Communicate with HW, mechanical engineering departments, manufacturers during project execution and for seamless integration of PCB designs.
  • Conduct design reviews and implement best practices for PCB layout and manufacturing.
  • Generate Gerber files, assembly drawings, and documentation for manufacturing.
  • Work with vendors and manufactures for PCB fabrication and assembly.
  • Optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to validate PCB designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E., B.tech, MSC, M.Tech) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in PCB design with ORCAD, preferably in a mid-senior level role.
  • Strong understanding of PCB layout techniques, signal integrity, Power integrity , Thermal and EMC/EMI considerations.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and manufacturing processes for PCB fabrication and assembly process.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC 2221 , IPC 7351, IPC 2152)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
