Main Responsibilities
  • Drive High-Impact Business Opportunities: Utilize strategic prospecting, industry networking, and partnerships to generate revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Build, manage, and grow relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals to pitch comprehensive content and media solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, client shifts, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities, refine positioning, and guide strategic outreach.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Content, Production, Post Production teams to ensure alignment and deliver client solutions effectively.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company in a professional and solution-oriented manner during client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support junior team members ensuring goal alignment, performance tracking, and capability building across the BD function.

Required Skills
  • 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in media sales or content sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging key stakeholders and closing high-value deals.
  • A proven ability to independently own and scale client accounts, drive revenue growth, and contribute to overall business strategy.
  • Leadership experience in managing performance and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of the media and content landscape, including brand engagement with content platforms and audiences.
