Description:

We are seeking a skilled Admission Counsellor to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be working closely with parents and students to inform them about various career options available in universities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Counselling parents and students on career options
  • Making outbound calls, cold calls, and receiving admission enquiries
  • Maintaining records of conversations on the provided CRM
  • Developing innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management
  • Handling end-to-end admission processes and facilitating entire enrollment processes
  • Resolving queries related to courses and admission processes

Duties and Expectations:

  • Experience in admission counselling
  • Self-motivation and drive to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Preferred languages: English and Hindi
