Job Description

As a senior sales professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned areas through strategic partnerships with key customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute local area business plans, including target workshops, coverage, sales targets, and activities. This will involve understanding customer needs, competitor approaches, and providing valuable insights to the company.

Key Account team planning includes identifying opportunities for profitable growth, building relationships with existing customers, and defending and growing their business. You will also work with Distributor sales forces to drive Castrol business in high-demand segments.

The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate at a senior level within customer organizations. Proven credibility as a sales professional, along with extensive knowledge of the OEM and Franchised dealer environment, is essential.

  • Develop and execute local area business plans to drive business growth in assigned areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including those in HD strategic segments.
  • Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) to align on regional strategies and deliver impactful results.
  • Identify opportunities for profitable growth and implement targeted initiatives to capture these opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, competitor approaches, and provide valuable insights to the company.
