About Us

We provide an integrated software system to help businesses manage private company equity by minimizing costs through automation, accounting, sharing, and compliance tools.

Our system offers valuation services for founders to find their valuation for fundraising and ESOP issuance.

We are seeking a highly-driven Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for users and instructions for internal use on our software system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Support Articles on software features for clients
  • Preparation of Instruction Manuals for internal use
  • System design and internal/external support guides
  • Assisting in the preparation of details for developing new features
  • Liaising with different teams concerning product development or project details

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business Administration
  • 1 year of software/product related experience (preferred)
  • Analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent report writing and research skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, responsible, and diligent
  • Passion for software products and researching newest technology
