Job Opportunity: Brand Customer Support Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Brand Customer Support Representative. As the first point of contact for influencers, brands, and users on our platform, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-app messaging.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that all concerns are resolved promptly and fairly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while interacting with customers, both in person and over the phone.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, influencer management, or client relations (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus.
