The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Identity & Visual Designer to join our growing team. You'll work alongside strategists and designers to bring brands to life — defining visual worlds, designing distinctive identities, and shaping systems that leave a lasting mark.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the development of brand identities — from concept to visual expression.
  • Support the design of brand assets including logos, colour palettes, typography, and visual & brand guidelines.
  • Help create presentation decks, mock-ups, and case studies that showcase strategic and visual thinking.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, internal reviews, and client meetings.
  • Conduct visual research, mood boarding, and competitor analysis to inform direction.
  • Support the team in shaping compelling visual stories across digital, print, and spatial applications.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1- 2 years experience or a recent design graduate with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of branding, typography, and layout.
  • Passionate about identity systems, storytelling, and designing with intention.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva); Figma is a plus.
  • Curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment.
