Custom Zoho Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced custom application developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Zoho solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software applications using Zoho products, including CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings.

This is a full-time remote role that involves:

  • Developing custom applications using Zoho products and APIs
  • Integrating Zoho products with other systems and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Providing ongoing support to clients and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator
  • Proficient in custom application development, integration, and deployment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing complex Deluge code, functions, and workflows
  • Writing scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionality
  • Managing the entire development life cycle, from concept to production, with a focus on quality and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Integrating Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Using the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications and improve their functionality
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, with a focus on customer satisfaction
