Job Title:

Study Abroad Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate a diverse team of counsellors, sales professionals, visa documentation experts, and managers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly enrolment targets.
  • Develop strategic alliances with international universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
  • Organize visits from university delegates and support tie-up activities.
  • Oversee the counselling process from profile evaluation to visa guidance.
  • Maintain service quality and student satisfaction throughout the admission journey.
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate team performance to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in overseas education counselling, with at least 5-8 years in a team lead or senior counsellor role.
  • Knowledge of international admissions, SOP/LOR writing, and visa processes for major destinations.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pasison for mentoring students and supporting their global career aspirations.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English.
