Business Execution Lead

The Business Execution Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives. This individual must have a strong understanding of operational and associated risk, with a proven track record of risk reduction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants to achieve successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders, business partners globally, and other operations groups, as well as technology teams, to drive business objectives.
  • A proven leader with 12-15 years of relevant domain experience, understanding the business and project, product, and change management experience in Investment Banking Products.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to interpret procedures and processes, provide leadership, and strategize for various programs, services, and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 15+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of Investment banking experience in extensive product management & change management space.
  • Experience in various lines of businesses in Securities Operations, such as Pre Settlements, Domestic & International Settlements, Fed & Custody settlements, Asset Servicing, Funding Operations, and Syndicate in CIB business.
  • Working knowledge of DTCC.
  • Minimum 5+ years of People Management experience.
  • Experience in Agile implementation approach/methodology.
  • General knowledge of Wealth & Investment Management principles, including Trading, Clearing & Reconciliation, Asset Servicing, and Client Reporting.
  • Resource management experience.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and full lifecycle testing of software development.
