Senior Financial Operations Specialist

As the financial analyst, you will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance and providing timely financial data. You will manage day-to-day accounting functions to drive strategic financial planning and support business growth.
This role involves handling various responsibilities, including developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, tracking key financial metrics, and overseeing bookkeeping and monthly closures.
The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare accurate management information systems (MIS) and financial statements, monitor marketing spends and ROI, and analyze costs to improve operational efficiency.
You will also be responsible for managing cash flow forecasting, vendor payments, and reconciliations, as well as supporting financial projections, board decks, and due diligence.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in finance, preferably with a CA or MBA (Finance) qualification. You should also have 3-6 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail industries.
In addition, you should have excellent knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance, as well as proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and MIS tools.
Key Skills:
- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 3-6 years of experience in finance roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail)
