Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.
- Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
- Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
- Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
- Provide support for finance-related projects as required, including process improvements and system upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
