Senior Financial Operations Manager

Loch Corporate Services Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance and Business Administration Manager to lead our finance and administrative operations.
Responsibilities- Financial Management: Set up and manage accounting systems, prepare financial statements, monitor expenses, and liaise with the Australian finance team.
- Payroll and Taxation: Oversee employee payroll processing, ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, and manage TDS and GST filings.
- Insurance and Risk Management: Lead procurement, review, and renewal of business insurance policies, including public liability and cybersecurity insurance.
- Financial Instruments and Banking Infrastructure: Establish banking relationships, ensure compatibility with accounting platforms, and support digital payment systems.
- Procurement and Office Operations: Manage IT equipment, software licences, and office supplies, coordinate with co-working providers, and ensure value-for-money and cost efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital banking tools.
- Proven ability to operate in a start-up or small business environment.
- Four weeks of paid annual leave.
