Job Description

Pace Media, a 360-degree creative multimedia production house with 15 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Digital Content Director to lead our content creation efforts.

We specialize in crafting captivating videos for clients across various industries, including corporate, social media, TV commercials, and digital branding. Our team prioritizes quality and dedication to helping clients reach their target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strategic direction for all content pieces, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Determine the most effective content formats to boost consumer engagement and drive leads.
  • Develop a comprehensive content calendar to collaborate with cross-functional teams and synchronize marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication, for various platforms, guaranteeing seamless distribution across channels.
  • Identify trends, content gaps, and target audience preferences to refine and enhance content relevance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, working with the data and analytics team to measure KPIs and recommend improvements.
  • Guide the content production team on scripting, shooting, video editing, and graphic design to create standout content.
  • Build and manage relationships with theme page admins, content creators, and influencers to expand campaign reach.

  • Ability to meet clients in person to facilitate content production and ensure alignment with their vision.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**70,000 - $90,000**, depending on experience and qualifications.
