We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer to join our team at Risk Resources LLP. As an AEM Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure a seamless digital experience for our end-users.

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Integrate AEM with other applications and systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Ensure high-performance and optimal user experience by optimizing AEM configurations and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement web designs and ensure a consistent user experience.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Implement best practices for security and compliance to protect our digital assets.
• Identify and address technical debt and software defects to ensure a stable and efficient system.
• Participate in cross-functional Agile teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM trends, tools, and technologies to ensure expertise and relevance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in AEM development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Java, OSGi, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful web services and APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of web content management systems and digital marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in AEM or related technologies (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) preferred.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) preferred.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) preferred.
• Understanding of SEO and web analytics preferred.
