Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager – Finance Professional
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Financial Project Manager to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation projects and supporting the Senior Vice President of Finance.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Vice President of Finance in various strategic projects, particularly those related to digitalization and business transformation.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders, including consultants, digital partners, and vendors.
- Drive and oversee the implementation of organizational or major procedural changes, focusing on lean and digital transformation and optimization - classical and agile project management.
- Address special ad-hoc requests and projects assigned by the Senior Vice President or VPs of Finance.
Your Qualifications
- Profound operational experience in finance with a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Project Management.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in finance or a related field, with at least 2 years of exposure to digital projects or initiatives.
- Experience in strategic projects and/or management consulting, as well as classical and agile project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, data management and visualization software, and other relevant financial tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management and experience dealing with senior management.
- Business-fluent English language skills.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Flexibility and creativity in finding different solutions to achieve the highest value for various finance and business-related topics.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
