Lead Generative AI Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Generative AI Consultant to spearhead innovative solutions for clients. This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in leading technical teams and designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the ideation and design of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.
  • Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions ensuring technical quality alignment with business goals and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams including other engineers and data scientists fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker or Azure OpenAI.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred demonstrating an ability to work effectively with external clients.
