Financial Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to maintain and close monthly financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
This involves handling GST and TDS filings, managing vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables, and supporting periodic reviews and audits.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, and financial analysis is essential for this position. Proficiency in MS Excel and good command of MS Word are also required.
A high level of attention to detail, goal-oriented approach, and proactive mindset are necessary for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and close monthly financial records
- Handle GST and TDS compliance and related filings
- Manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables
- Support periodic reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits
Required Qualifications:
- CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in finance/accounts
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, budgeting, financial analysis
- Proficient in MS Excel; good command of MS Word
