Job Title: Client Experience Specialist

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled and courteous individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome clients to our premises, ensuring they receive a luxurious experience throughout their visit.
  2. Provide clients with essential project information and direct any queries to the relevant sales team members.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for client visits, including arranging refreshments and site readiness.
  4. Maintain a well-manicured reception area and ensure all customer-facing spaces meet high standards.
  5. Accurately record client interactions and manage appointments effectively.
  6. Handle client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a customer-centric approach.
  7. Support the organisation of customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  8. Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished appearance and demeanour.
  • Strong hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask, stay organised, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm and approachable personality with a strong service-driven attitude.
