Special Education Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Professional to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with developmental disabilities and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized education plans for each child, tailored to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with parents and other therapists to ensure holistic support for the child.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and provide regular updates to the care team.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently in a home-based setting.

Requirements:
  • Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (RCI-registered preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and life skills training.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
