The Occupational Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Baner, Pune. As an OT, you will evaluate, plan, implement, and document occupational therapy services for children with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing functional and measurable objectives.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate caregivers and family members on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in India.
  • Demonstrated expertise in occupational therapy principles and techniques, including physical, cognitive, and perceptual abilities, and developmental norms across the lifespan.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with physical disabilities, mental illness, and developmental disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address functional goals and activities of daily living.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals.
