Job Title:\

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) modules, with strong business process knowledge and client-facing skills.

About the Job:

  • \
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor.\
  • Gather and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.\
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules as per business needs.\
  • Work with technical teams to develop integrations, reports, and data conversions.\
  • Conduct testing: unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).\
  • Provide post-production support and training to end-users.\
  • Work directly with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementations.\
  • Stay updated on new Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates.\
  • Strong expertise in at least 2-3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor.\
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.\
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills (verbal and written).\
  • Experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation and post-go-live support.\
  • Ability to lead workshops, create functional specs, and manage timelines.\
  • Oracle certification in HCM Cloud is a plus.\
