Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive curricula in content ideation, writing, and adaptation across multiple platforms.
  • Guide students in storyboarding, scripting, and narrative building for campaigns and news features, emphasizing creative problem-solving and effective communication strategies.
  • Demonstrate how to repurpose content effectively across various media channels, highlighting key considerations for audience engagement and retention.
  • Train students to evaluate the impact of different writing styles, tones, and formats on audience perception, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Introduce students to the psychology of messaging – how narratives influence engagement, trust, and recall – equipping them with essential knowledge for crafting compelling stories.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong background in journalism, content writing, advertising, or digital storytelling, with a proven track record of innovative content development.
  • Proficiency in adapting narratives for print, digital, and broadcast media, with expertise in emerging trends and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of audience psychology, media consumption patterns, and response-driven content, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media tools, SEO basics, and platform-specific trends, facilitating effective online presence and outreach.
  • Ability to inspire creativity while teaching clarity, conciseness, and impact in content creation, leading to well-rounded and market-ready graduates.
