Health Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our content creation and community engagement initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, supplement science, creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and engaging our health community, curating evidence-based content, and driving outreach programs. Additionally, they will contribute to our broader brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Calendar Development: Create a monthly calendar of clinically relevant topics, manage a vibrant community of health professionals, and organize webinars, Q&A sessions, and educational events.
- Nutrition Outreach Program Management: Identify and onboard qualified health professionals, maintain and manage affiliate dashboards, and conduct supplement training workshops.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Track market trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making.
- Evidence-Based Content Creation: Develop engaging, science-backed content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure scientific accuracy and content consistency.
- Research and Ingredient Review: Review clinical studies, translate complex findings into consumer-friendly language, and develop educational content around ingredients and health benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of nutrition, supplements, and health formulations.
- Experience in clinical research interpretation and ingredient substantiation.
- Excellent writing skills with a knack for creating engaging, science-backed content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design skills are a plus.
- Strong outreach, communication, and community management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for health education and community engagement.
