
Strategic Training Solutions Manager

As a highly skilled professional, you will play a key role in designing and delivering customized training solutions to clients.
This dynamic role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to craft innovative training programs that drive value and support sales initiatives.
You will work closely with customers to understand their technical and business challenges, and develop tailored training programs that align with both technical requirements and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines, think creatively, and strategically.
Certification in training, instructional design or a related field is highly desirable, as is experience in designing and delivering training in a corporate environment.
A strong network within the industry is also essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for training, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and engaging with key stakeholders to understand their strategic goals.
You will also oversee the execution of training solutions, ensuring they are executed with high quality and effectiveness.
Additionally, you will measure the impact of training programs on participant performance and business outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Developing and tracking key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of training solutions is also a critical aspect of this role.
Finally, you will implement a robust feedback mechanism to gather insights from the client post-training and use this feedback to improve and tailor future training programs.
Prioritizing candidates with a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and customer relationship management is crucial for success in this position.
