Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the delivery experience to ensure that the student experience is world-class.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Project Management to incorporate into the curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical training or education.
  • Background: Proven background in Project Management, having held positions such as Project Manager or similar roles.
  • Professional Experience: Total of 5+ years of professional experience with the maturity to handle different types of learners.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Passion for Teaching: Passion for teaching and training is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver highly interactive and engaging lectures.
  • Learning Environment: Ability to create a stimulating learning environment and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
