About the role: We seek a seasoned professional to lead and manage student enrollment processes, develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions. The ideal candidate will help us forge new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally, employ AI technology to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Promote programs through social media channels and collaborate with internal teams to streamline outreach efforts.
  • Analyze enrollment data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training sessions on AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology required
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills with ability to manage projects and deliver results

Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)
