Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven ISO Program Manager to lead our team in implementing and maintaining compliance systems for various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on companies, helping them navigate the complexities of ISO certifications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auditing, gap analysis, and documentation development, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.

This role requires a strong understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and other relevant standards, as well as excellent writing and reporting skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Lead R2v3, RIOS, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations from the ground up.
  • Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit prep.
  • Deliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients.
  • Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems.
  • Partner with stakeholders on strategy, timelines, and project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar field.
  • ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor credentials (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • 5-10 years of hands-on ISO and compliance experience.
  • Bonus: knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 27001, R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards.
  • Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications).
  • Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using modern email tools and software applications.
