Financial Performance Manager

The role of Financial Performance Manager involves overseeing the entire Order to Cash cycle for circulation revenue. This position requires a dynamic and high-calibre individual to join our team based out of Delhi/Noida location.

  • Dealer Interface Role:
    • Ensure timely billing to all agencies
    • Resolve disputes with agencies and customers effectively
    • Maintain existing and new customer codes properly with accurate documentation
  • Controllership Role:
    • Book value addition orders/invoices regarding sponsorship etc.
    • Reconcile dealer and finance ledger balances diligently
    • Coordinate with internal auditors (statutory and IFC audit)
    • Experience in Revenue Accounting is highly desirable
  • Banking:
    • Manage interface with banks on banking products/clearing of collection etc.
  • MIS & Finance Reporting:
    • Prepare month-end reports/presentations relating to revenue and collections effectively
    • Calculate Classified, Display and Canvasser incentive accurately
    • Adhere to month closing checklist rigorously
    • Initiate Process Control/Cost Control measures proactively
  • Legal & Compliances:
    • Ensure GST compliance
  • Commercial & Cost Control:
    • Reconcile Debtors/Provision for expenses/Cost Ledger/Vendor Payment etc.
    • Exposure to legal contracts/barter arrangement etc.
    • Exposure to budgeting exercise.
    • Exposure to document management setup.
  • IT Tools:
    • Maintain customer database efficiently
    • Working knowledge in SAP is required
    • High knowledge on Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Power BI is essential

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in accounting in service industry.
  • Good communication skill is necessary
  • Time Management skills are crucial
  • Process Management skills are required
  • Result Orientation is key to success
