Service Design Professional

We're seeking an experienced Service Designer to drive innovation programs for corporate clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing tailored innovation programs that meet client-specific needs and objectives;
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating service design workshops, and identifying opportunities for human-centered innovation with a range of clients;
  • Drawing insights from user research to inform strategic directions and creating qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects;
  • Providing methodology support to corporate teams throughout the project lifecycle, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing;
  • Identifying opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add client value;
  • Contributing to the evolution of design methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space;
  • Mastery of user-centered design methodologies and the ability to bring new insights to each step of the service design process;
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions;
  • An exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies;
  • Understanding of technological trends and challenges, with a willingness to stay curious about this field;
  • Mastery of presentation software.
