Healthcare Process Team Lead

The role of a Healthcare Process Team Lead involves overseeing a group of team members, ensuring day-to-day supervision and implementing corrective action as needed.

Responsibilities include regularly imparting effective coaching to team members to enable consistent high-performance delivery monthly, identifying performance-related issues and developing an action plan for improvement, ensuring service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs') and financial expectations, communicating expectations to employees and providing timely updates, conducting team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information, scheduling and organizing team activities, staying current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures, attending required manager development training, exercising independent judgment and discretion in the performance of main functions to implement management policies, supporting and managing the program with other team leaders and managers, and providing input for selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work groups in accordance with organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.

Key qualifications for this position include highly motivated individuals with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations, ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables, and ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
