IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT engineer to provide remote support for our team and ensure the reliability of our systems, networks, and devices.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, as well as familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote IT Support: Provide timely and effective support for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Systems Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Network & Security Management: Implement robust IT security measures to protect sensitive data and perform regular audits of access controls, patches, and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with VPNs, firewalls, endpoint protection, and security best practices.
