Operations Support Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Operations Department in completing day-to-day tasks and maintaining accurate stock levels.

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels, ensuring that products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs and make recommendations to improve inventory management.
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A male graduate with 2-3 years of experience in inventory/stock control or transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of computer software, including MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Outlook.
