Job Description:

The Inventory Control Specialist will provide critical support to the Operations Department by assisting in the completion of daily tasks and maintaining accurate stock records at the warehouse. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in counting and reconciling inventory levels on a regular basis
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers
  • Verify and update inventory data in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Provide input and recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
