Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain management processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and process improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory management, such as obsolescence and damage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
