Key Results and Expected Outcomes

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following key results:

  • Create a list of 50 accounts to be serviced in the designated market.
  • Build strong relationships with existing accounts and establish a strong network of contacts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and large architecture firms, mapping out their ongoing projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve the target number of project leads generated and added to the pipeline.
  • Maintain an updated and comprehensive database of potential projects being worked on by the accounts handled.

Responsibilities

The Territory Manager- Designer Partnership role involves working closely with sales teams to deliver project specifications, develop strategies to secure product specifications, and monitor progress through submission of certifications and product information.

  • Work with sales team to create a pipeline for large projects for the Prime range of products.
  • Deliver project specifications as per the target value by working on specific tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure product specifications addition of product in make-lists for target key accounts.
