
Transformational Leadership Position

This is a leadership position within our Fund Services Technology Management Team.
- Responsibilities include delivering client requests, operational efficiency enhancements and transformational changes into the technology landscape.
- Execute the Technology strategy and roadmap for Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Compliance Monitoring and data transformation applications.
- Drive standardization of operational processes aligning to strategic Technology principles.
- Develop best practices in software development and build a culture within the developer / tester community.
- Engage with Product and Operations stakeholders regularly and consistently building trust and confidence.
- Maintain open and transparent communications on project deliveries.
- Understand business parlance in Fund Services.
- Manage Scrum teams with focus on end-to-end delivery and quality sticking to committed timelines.
- Raise awareness of impediments and ensure effective removal.
- Foster agile ceremonies diligently.
- Adhere to SCB processes of release and Change Management, architecture and Technology standards.
- Collaborate with production support, operations and other stakeholders to deliver changes.
- Analyse and review code deliveries for quality and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendor partners for appropriate deliveries from vendors.

- Biz/ Data Analysis
- Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server or other DB technologies
- Java or .NET or any front end technologies
- Architect skills
- Reporting/Dashboard tools like Oracle BI Publisher, Tableau, Kibana, Power BI
- Multifonds or any other Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency application
- Certification in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Process modelling will be beneficial
- Certification in Agile Scrum Master or Product owner, Project Management (PMP, etc) would be good to have
